Gene B. Pace
Gene B. Pace is an attorney at DexterLaw and concentrates his practice on the various aspects of Business Law. He is admitted to practice in all of the federal and state courts of Utah and is active in the Business Law, Corporate Counsel, Litigation, and Central Utah sections of the Utah State Bar.
Gene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the age of 16, at the top of his class. He received an academic scholarship to attend the University of Kentucky, and earned a Master of Business Administration Degree at the age of 18. He received his Eagle Scout Award and subsequently served as a volunteer missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2005-2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gene then attended Brigham Young University, where he was awarded a merit-based academic scholarship and graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree. During law school, Gene focused on corporate law classes and interned with the In-House Counsel Department of a large Utah-based company.
Gene’s zealous advocacy, work experience with various small to large corporations, and MBA, combined with his law practice concentration in Business Law, uniquely qualify him to assist businesses and individuals with the opportunities and legal challenges that they face. Gene offers affordable business formation and dissolution services, preparation of carefully tailored contracts and agreements, negotiation services, and civil litigation options.
Gene was born and raised in Kentucky, and as one of fifteen children, learned the value of hard work and perseverance at an early age. He lives in Lindon, Utah and in his free time enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, learning, reading, watching and playing basketball, and playing racquetball.
